AppsTech Automation Solutions Private Limited (“AppsTech”, “we”, “our”, “us”) is an India-based custom software development company providing web and mobile application development, implementation, integration, and support services (“Services”). Where an application is developed for a customer, the customer is the data controller for end-user data, and AppsTech processes data only as instructed by the customer and applicable agreements.

Depending on the nature of engagement, we may collect:
- Contact information: name, business email, phone number, company name, job title, address.
- Business and project information: requirements, communications, proposals, contracts, invoices, and support tickets.
- Technical information: IP address, browser/device type, operating system, log files, app diagnostics, and usage analytics (where enabled).
- Application data (customer-controlled): data entered or uploaded by users into customer applications, such as employee IDs, attendance, work allocation, images (including facial images if the customer solution requires it), location/GPS, and other business records—only when AppsTech is engaged to host, maintain, or support such systems.
- Cookies and similar technologies: for website functionality and analytics (see Section 8).
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information unless required for the solution scope defined by our customer (for example, biometric/facial data for an attendance system), and only with appropriate contractual and technical safeguards.

- Deliver, operate, support, and improve our Services and customer solutions;

- Business transfers (merger, acquisition, restructuring) where permitted by law, subject to appropriate protections.
We do not sell personal information to third parties.

For end-user requests relating to a customer-operated application, please contact the customer (data controller). AppsTech will support customers in fulfilling requests as required by contract.

Our Services are intended for business/enterprise use and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Effective Date” will be revised accordingly. Material changes will be communicated through appropriate channels where required.
